Do I need to register?

If you choose to register with FAO you will receive e-mail updates on new products and designers along with being able to save your shopping basket for another session.

I’m having trouble, processing my payment, what should I do?

If you cannot process your payment, there may be a problem with your card issuer. Please contact them directly to check the payment is authorised. Alternatively, try entering the details of another card. If the problem persists, please contact us for help.

Where are items shipped from?

Items will be shipped from each individual designer from which the product is ordered.

Why do the 2 items I have ordered have different shipping rates?

This will be due to the items coming from different designers in different locations.

Has my order been shipped yet?

We aim to ship all orders as soon as possible. Due to the bespoke nature of a lot of our products, your item may be made to order. If your item is made to order, please cheek the lead-time on the product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm that it is on its way.

Am I able to amend my order after it has been placed?

This depends on the stage of the shipping process that your order has reached or if the order is a bespoke item. If you would like to add, remove or amend items to your order, please contact us for help.

Can I refund/exchange an item?

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to return the item to us. In the case that the product is a bespoke item, refunds will not be available. For further details, please see our Teams and conditions of supply .

Do you have a waiting list for items that are out of stock?

If an item you require is no longer in stock, please contact us for help.
